However, despite established quality assurance and control systems, as well as additional trials and efforts to improve germination rates, there is still a negligible percentage of seeds that may fail to germinate. These are the laws of nature and unfortunately, growers can make mistakes.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring success even for beginners. In case of failure, the loyalty program implemented by KADAMA provides for the replacement of the purchased product, thus contributing to the success of your efforts. However, it's crucial to meet the necessary germination conditions to be eligible for replacement:

  • Germinate seeds with wet method using sponges, cotton pads, or paper towels placed in an airtight container or Ziploc and stored in a dark place at room temperature,
  • Place germinated seeds in a peat pellet, rockwool cube, inert substrate or moist soil with a neutral pH (5.6-6.7) to a depth of 5 mm.

The seed replacement program requires a photo-report demonstrating adherence to the correct germination procedure. However, the replacement guarantee does not cover gross violations of germination principles, including:

  • Seeds rotting due to excess moisture,
  • Use of hydrogen peroxide during soaking,
  • Taproot damage during planting.

On our part, KADAMA guarantees:

  • Adherence to requirements and standards for storing seeds at optimal temperature and relative humidity,
  • Packaging integrity,
  • Additional visual inspection of product prior to shipment. Damaged packaging, cracks or other seed defects will result in their immediate disposal by our Quality Department.

Our breeding division guarantees 90% germination for all strains, and each batch undergoes a multi-stage inspection before it reaches the sales department.

Despite the best possible storage conditions, seed remains a product of nature and can be affected by various external factors.
