Please note! For an effective and timely review of your complaint (regarding the quality of cannabis seeds), please follow the procedure for providing the required information and materials:
1. Make sure you take several high-quality macro photos of the seeds that failed to germinate and attach the photos to the complaint.
2. In order to confirm adherence to the germination method and procedure, include photos of each step of the particular method you followed.
3. Fill in all fields of the complaint form.
Failure to meet any of the above three conditions will lead to the immediate cancellation of the complaint.
Attention! Be sure to fill in all required information (order number, your email, etc.) in the fields of the complaint form. Failure to provide accurate information will make it difficult to process your claim. In case of any difficulties, please contact the operator of the KADAMA seed store for further assistance.
